Meningococcal W Vaccination Consent Forms.
Miss Laurel will take the consent forms into the Hikurangi Doctors surgery. It has been advised that parents make appointments to go in and the vaccination will be administered to those tamariki who returned their consent forms. The vaccinations can only be done at the Hikurangi Doctors surgery as it was the community who fundraised for the vaccinations. We are eternally grateful to the Hikurangi community for including Whananaki School in this programme. Many Thanks from all the children and staff.
