The kiwi is a native New Zealand bird. There are five kinds.

They are the same size as a chicken. They are brown. They have long bills.

They have nostrils at the bottom of their bill.

They have hair-like-feathers are soft and fluffy and you can’t see their tiny wings.

They eat insects. They also eat snails and ladybirds.

I think we should look after the kiwis.
