Matariki
On Thursday the 21st of June we will celebrate Matariki with a sleep over here at school. More details of the day and evening are too come. If you can help with supervision on the night and/ or can stay the night can you please fill out the police vetting form, contact the office and one will be sent out. If you have previously filled out a form you do not need to resubmit as it lasts for 3 years. For those who are new to police vetting this is part of our school policy, your information is confidential to the principal. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Shaun at school.
Emergency Drills
Over the past few weeks the children have been practicing the Fire, Tsunami and Lockdown drills. I was impressed with how the children took all drills seriously and sensibility. Could you please follow up with your children and ask them:
How do you know when there is a Fire or possible Tsunami?
Where do you line up?
Where on the road do we walk when we are walking up the hill?
Basketball
Basketball fees are due this week, $10 for the term.
